Well?  It may work in some recipes, where it can be cooked into the oil.  For my part, after two tries, I don't think it will work, not for meatzza.  Even when well spread, either you don't taste anything or you really get a hit of anchovy.  More so if you know it when you taste it.  If you hit it, it might well overwhelm all other flavors.  So... while I will learn to use it, I won't use it as I did.  Actually, I could still do a meatzza with it.  It's just that I would heat the pan, and olive oil, then mix it into the oil until it disappears.  Then just pat the hamburger in.  That is pretty much how I did spaghetti meat sauce.  Though perhaps the paste isn't as tasty, or easy to use, as whole anchovies?

It has been a decent day of rest.  I may actually head in and just sleep shortly.  Tired but good.  Pains eased off, simple as they were, if they do come and go.  Yeah.  Pretty close to bedtime.  Oh, maybe getting the trash and recycling out first.  I'd love a shower but that's just one thing more too many.  I'll get one in the morning.  Good night.
