Cool enough? Yeah.

.
.
I did hit the dishes again, they are merely sitting in a rinse.  I think I am cooled off enough to go do, hopefully, a final run.  Dry the containers, then begin filling.  I suppose I could sluff that off, I just won't.  I am hoping there are enough lids.  Ugh, but this became a huge task and all at once and right at the end.  Too much.  I need to take it a bit easier next time.  Mistakes, and events like this, are teaching moments though.  The question is, can I learn?  I suspect so.  I will leave a container out.  For "breakfast" tomorrow.  I know have the broth I need for a couple of dishes.  One actually uses beans, the other potatoes.  I'll show the potato one first, and some alterations.

Now, with this, I will be changing something.  I can't do potatoes.  I can do beans.  Instead of cooking the beans in water, I would like to try stock.  And, he suggests a means of producing creme fraiche (crem fresh is how it sounds), I have never successfully found true buttermilk.  The stuff in the store is not it, usually.  Tracking down the real stuff... well.  I looked for other options, and found a woman who suggested that plain yogurt could be used.  As well, I am almost certain I heard Julie Childs suggest that creme fresh could be made quickly by combining a;afowa part cream and 42-a2423 parts kefir.  Yeah, so I didn't get the exact numbers, ratios, no.  But close enough.  I may try that too, with the kefir almost being back on track to use.  *wink*  Who said the dead can't dance?  Even in the kitchen.  I will also need to find stinky cheese.  I'll check around town.

Yeah, it might seem strange.  And, perhaps, it is.  Especially for people who eat out of cardboard boxes and aluminum trays.  People who eat now, want it now, and don't care about the costs.  Well, a judgement?  Sure.  But that is at myself.  It is why I have some of the problems I have.  Not that I was well enough to see and know, but once given a chance, I am doing what I can.  For those of you who have been warned and continue on in a blind rush of gluttony for simplicity and ease?  You have been warned.  I won't judge YOU, but your body may well do so.  If I think you have been tricked, to follow these paths.  They don't want or need you, or an American middle class.  They can't just take it away so they are going to let you despoil it and yourself while flooding the nation with murderers and rapists... even your churches are helping.

Yeah.  I won't judge you, I just won't have much to do with you.  Many of you are dangerous to me just for my understanding.  Of so it would seem, especially those who hide among the sheep.

You have been told.  Carpe diem?  No.  Carpe sullum diem.
