Fell, hard and fast.

.
.
I have no idea when I went to sleep.  Only that when I went down, I was out faster than I could think to check the time or anything else.  Out like a light, as they say.  I slept well, for all I know.  Sleeping on the floor really does work, most of the time.  I mean, I do use matts, two.  One simple, the other folded.  Weighing in at 260 to 300, depending, a bit more material is needed.

Anyway.  I woke... some... time ago.  I was so groggy when I woke, heat fog I suppose, that I am just now seeing the time.  It is 21:19.  I have been up for a bit, enough to run through my internet look-sees.  I'd guess anywhere from an half hour to an hour and an half, but probably on the shorter end of that.

When I checked, as soon as I woke, it was 72 out there.  So it had gotten warmer.  It isn't cooling off much here in the house.  Even the ac upstairs is just keeping it at 74.  Humidity should help with cooling, given the types of ac's those are.  It is 83 near the machine, even though it had been off and and much had been open.  It just won't cool in here, for now.

Now, that is strange.  Blood sugar had been 289.  I haven't been checking or dosing, or eating but one meal a day, lately.  So, I took 30 cc's.  Sure, it's a higher dose, but 20 is fairly common, even 25 is not too terribly irregular, of the fast acting stuff, with a sandwich and a few pieces of cheese.  Blood sugar is now 83.  I'll... have another sandwich, and more cheese.  I'm not crashing, but that is... quite a drop.  I won't take fast acting, but since it is evening, I can take the slow acting insulin.

I also noticed, a pack of test strips is gone.  I haven't been using them for a while.  I keep them in a specific place.  Yeah, they are stealing my supplies, as well as knicking a bottle or two every once in a while.

As to why I didn't call the police?  I wasn't absolutely sure what was going on, at first.  I thought maybe the kicker-stopper had deployed... say... when I left.  Because the door wouldn't budge.  I wasn't absolutely sure how I would get in, because I was sure I had shut and locked the other doors, from the inside, which meant locks and bolts that couldn't be opened from the outside.  Both were open.

It wasn't until I checked the front door, from the inside, that I realized nothing was impeding in (when I got back around to it).  So, I had to think about what had happened.  Most likely, someone came in through a window, reset the screen, then opened up the back doors for an easy out.  Then were using my computer.

When I showed up, earlier than usual, they had to scram, but first locked the door until they realized I was going around.  Then unlocked it and sprinted out... or hid somewhere in the house until later.  I think... this will have to be resolved.  I don't know if it is druggies, the poor, or just kids.  But they are stealing too much, and causing too many problems.

Later.
