Yeah, well, it's at it again. Yesterday, or the day before, a box got "thrown" at me. Being all logical, I realized that one of the cats had been walking on it and lost her balance, then kicked it trying to make sense of her footing. Or the two have been in a fight, just little scrambles from jealousy or... whatever. Then I saw Sass come in, checking out what I was fussing about. And Sam was outside. So... yeah. Then, today, a couple of little things. No, it's not the house. These things follow me. They have been occurred less often of late, just once in a while. But three in two days is... unusual. I don't need you to believe.
No need to cook tonight. I was quite good with dinner. Now, I did have an half cup of greek yogurt. Just a bit extra potassium. Yeah, there are some sugars in it, 15 carbs as sugars. Not sure if a serving is a cup or half cup? Either way I can't go wild with that. But, every few days, a bit of this or plain yogurt, or kefir. I tried to check on kefir... kept showing brands... Did I finally find nutritional facts? Hmm, might check my book, come to think of it. Honestly, the book is better for some times, but when I'm on the machine it serves just as well. - Back. Well, unsweetened kefir has 12g of sugar per cup. Okies, I'll have to cut intake to just, say, a quarter cup every other meal day? Some things, like kefir and onions, are worth stretching a bit... if it doesn't hurt blood sugars. If I can include some things, and still get my blood sugar down, I'll do it. Still, extreme moderation.
I did well, today, boys and girls. I still have to push a load of laundry through. And I may do so dishes, or not. In any event, I really did some serious work. Tomorrow? I don't know. I feel the need for rest. And, yet, if I can get to a few things, again, I will. Good night.
