Oh, yeah, I did get started on the dishes.  Everything has been washed once, and seems good enough to probably rinse, dry, and store.  I'm letting the water drain slowly, and the chuck finish cooking.  I needed a small rest.

Something that has been on my mind is steak tartare.  I have had that in the past, a number of times.  I really enjoy it.  However, in my various searches, I never felt as if I had quite gotten... the right answers.  Capers, lemon, and probably other things... according to taste... while avoiding overpowering the raw meat.  Then it comes to getting the meat fresh, I mean once frozen max... and in the volumes wanted.  That is still a bit of a trick.  I have found instructions I feel I can trust, and wanted to put them here for myself and share them.  I think I can do this, it's more a matter of getting the right meat and very fresh.

I think I will finish my tasks tonight.  As well as another task.  The kefir needs filtered and flipped...  Wait... might not have enough milk.  Oh, but then I can clean out the little refrigerator.  I had the bones and such in there, something leaked out.  At least it is easy to clean.  And, one of the smaller pots I just washed, filled with fresh hot sudsy water, then rinse water, should make the task a piece of cake.
