Back to it.

.
.
After the run to town, I ended up needing sleep.  I couldn't be sure if a nap would do or if the day was over, so I took medication and called it good, just in case.  As it turns out, a few hours down was all that was needed.  I didn't bother with the alarm, if I needed sleep, it would have just been an annoyance.  Now, when I woke, I really didn't want to get to work.  Tired, very tired.  Not sore, not weak, not... just... tired.  But feelings mean little.  I really want to get the floor done tonight so as to hit the kitchen and bathroom areas tomorrow, and then have a light weekend.  So...  Hmm... actually, I won't be able to do much in those back areas, not until the floor dries.  Much of the furnishings are out there, very much in the way.  Bleh...

I vacuumed the room, just having to jostled the couch and lovechair around.  I vacuumed around the edges first, then hit the main floor, after sweeping up larger bits to the degree that was possible.  Yeah, I did say man-cave, didn't I?  I vacuumed over some areas twice, even three times, until nothing else was coming up.  There are several spots on the carpet, ones I was sure the steam cleaner wouldn't get, or well, as they were.  So I put detergent and vinegar, plus water, into a bucket, grabbed a new sponge with a scrunchy on one side, and got to work.  Something red/pink... probably from one of the crystal light juices... is there.  I don't think it's going to come up.  I've hit it twice, and might hit it one more time before I steam clean.  As per my mother's instructions, I'll just be using laundry detergent.  I'll give the spots I hit an hour to work, and hit the stain again, before running the steamer.

It doesn't seem like much, but I am running myself pretty ragged.  I think I could do more, but then I thought that even when I was nearly in a literal coma to when I was at full health and pulling a hell of a load.  I'm not sure how much to push.  I know I am pushing well past what I thought I could do, and beyond, and beyond again, if that doesn't seem to mean all that much.  Well, strength is increasing, and speed on the trail.  Oh, and I have gone down two hitches on my belt.  I've got two more that I can go down on the belt before I need a new one.  So, there are some indications that something meaningful is about to happen.

Yes, I have been watering and draining the alfalfa.  Yes, I see, it and the bean mix have phytoestrogens.  I'll have to see how much is tolerable to eat, for a man.  Food is being kept pretty simple.  I'm not even eating near as much meat... Usually just a smaller chunk thrown in with the grain mix, and eggs of course.  I am allowing myself two meals in town, after a hike or grocery run.  The only thing is I am only allowing french fries for one meal, and no soda (when I can resist, which is usually... today was just a test day I think).  Medicines are going down rightly.  I do need to reorder those though.  I am doing everything I can, and more.  I'll begin buying patches, to quit tobacco, this coming next month.  I will probably just go with a two month's supply, purchased one month at a time.

Yeah, I'm moving along.  I just wish I could get more active exercise in.  After the living room, I might take a week off to focus on that, and make exercise more... regular, try to integrate it more fully.  But I am seriously pushing, as is.  I... I'll do what I can, I guess.
