I have been moving the fans around, trying to hit the still moist areas.  Tipping when needed.  Well, and chasing Sam off.  Yeah, she already "broke" in the carpeting.  Love the little beast, but that part of her, if I could, I would wring out of her.  A couple of meals, nothing fancy.  Though I did grind cheddar for nachos.  Medium cheddar, the old stuff isn't really to my taste after much effort, and lessor cheeses are just that.  I sort of like pepper-jack, if it's the real kind, but even then only as an add to medium cheddar.  Just chips and cheese, thank you.  Hmm, though sliced jalapeno can be good, pickled works as well.

While today is a bust, tomorrow will see me to working on the kayak.  I don't know if it will be completed, but it should be pretty well planned.  I expect the trolleys to be rigged, but the sun shade/rain roof is questionable.  I guess tomorrow will just have to replace today.  I need to buy a group of 3/4" x 10 pvc, schedule 40?.  I'll try to be up and make a run to the store first thing.  I think I guestimated that I need eleven, so will buy twelve.  I should by thirteen, but I know I over-estimated, so one extra for insurance... and cutting before measuring twice, should do.  I best check, but I believe I have a pvc pipe cutter that will work.  Might as well check.  At least, having somewhat organized tools, I know where it should be... in the plumbing toolbox.  If I put it back the last time I used it, and if it hasn't "walked" away otherwise.

I simply could not push through today.  Not having counted on the living room not going back together today, miscalculating how long everything would take and how much was involved, and the rain, plus having pushed all week, and before, just all combined to bring me down.  Still more active, checking on the sprouts, wandering around, checking the floor and adding, then moving, the fans around, and other little things throughout the day, than I have been on some of the better of days in the last thirty years.  I won't complain.  A bit disappointed, but still too tired to rise to a grump about it.

I have been doing bits of research, and reading otherwise.  I keep looking for thick planks to use in the bathroom.  I am hoping to find something(s), of wood, that can be polished and finished, to use to put a sink on, and another below it for towels and general shelving.  Wood is preferred.  I had dreamed of four inch thick lumber, but... maybe not.  At least 2"x20" (or 10" planks doubled) x 42", and two of those.  Tacking those to the wall will be a bit of a trick, especially with the weight of a sink on the top one, and any water it might hold.  But it's doable.  Perhaps middling brackets below, and end brackets above, for the top one anyway.  This coming month I believe I will finally be ordering the sink, in-sink drain, faucet, and drain.  I already have the new toilet and water heater for in there.  The only thing I need/want, other than what I might be buying next month, is a medicine chest.  I would prefer one that fits into the wall between the studs, has mirrors that fold out on either side, and I'd like lighting though that last may be beyond me to install.

That'll be a heck of a project.  I'll have to rip out the old toilet, sink and stand, possibly flooring, and build much of that back together before I even begin installing the rest.  Well, that actually means I need flooring, at least surface stuff, too.  I might as well give it fresh paint while I am at it.  I know, it takes forever.  And I haven't honestly done any of the big projects I thought I would.  Perhaps just a pipe dream... but I have, and will be buying, some of the stuff and soon.  Actually, more of the materials, as I do have some of it.  Hmm... hopefully before it becomes too cold to attempt working with the water and pipes though.  Ugh.
