Urhm... good day.  The lack of sun made rising difficult.  Cool enough that it was just a bit off.  I'll take it though, any day that can be called cool, even if just relatively, is appreciated.  No swelling, or not much.  No socks... too sore.  Sitting upright all day, the part I have been awake.  So it wasn't elevation.  Hmm...  Still, best watch it all.

Spaghetti water is about ready.  Meat sauce is mostly done.  Hungry.  Later.
