Blood pressure is slightly up at 112/72, if pulse is down a bit to 59. Blood sugar continues to spike, up to 201. All I have had is a vinegar tonic (two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a dose of electrolyte powder (no sugars, or other sweeteners), and twenty ounces of carbonated water. From 157 fasting, to 192, to this? Very strange.
I have stopped with the cold sweats. Though, now, I am just getting cold. I'll put the jacket, neck gator, and cap back on. I had to take those off.
Clumsiness remains, but not as bad as it was. More a weakness than a clumsiness? Something like that.
I took a few painpills. Not sure if that is what helped with the pain, or if it just passed. Lungs and else are feeling slightly better, more open. Tunnel vision has backed off just a bit. But returns with almost any physical activity... including just going to the bathroom and then feeding Sassy. It doesn't close in extremely fast, just begins happening.
Still, having trouble walking well. Better, but not... steady on my feet.
Coffee was finally made. Hoping it will help, one way or another. If, too, as I settle a bit better, I am planning to go on back to bed for a bit. This is a brutal day. I do suspect medicine has been too strong for a while now. Causing problems in a lot of ways. But, today, it just went way overboard.
I suppose I should have been watching bp. I would have noticed the negative spikes, and started reducing meds. It took it almost killing me for me to finally wake up and do some checking. Though, I have to admit, the bp and pulse are impressive. If I can start reducing medicine intake, and keeping bp and pulse in better check, just from diet? Especially if I can get blood glucose to drop too? There is much more hope than every truly anticipated.
The trick is to get it to settle. Find just the right amount. And track things so that I don't mess up like this time. Thanks for the prayers.
Ugh. Can't believe how potent this has been. Hoping a nap will help. Later
