I made it back down to bed at about two? Give or take. Then slept pretty well until six, six thirty when waking, dressing, and all was completed. A few breaks in the sleep. Heat? I am thinking that was the problem. Not terrible, just... a bit too much. A minor fever. Either remnants from keto flu, which will probably continue to come and go for... a week... three?
Either that, or when the body puts up fat? If it has toxins it can't handle at the time, it will stow it in with the fat. I do wonder. More because I didn't eat yesterday, and only ate a small amount the day, even week, before. While my body is still seeking carbs, or carb look-alikes, it hasn't found them. Just fat. Not taking all of that in, might even have started using my own fat reserves? Maybe. But it still doesn't like them. Especially if there are toxins in them.
I am hoping to hit the dishes, then clean the freezertop, this morning. Then get a shower. Before showering, I would like to weigh in. I haven't been on the scale in... a long time. Doubt if I have lost weight. Been too ill to burn anything, even though I have been eating little. Just... doing a baseline, I guess one could say.
Foggy out there. Crazy heavy foggy. And cold. Dropped to 28. Pretty. Spooky. I'd rather not drive in it, but... to just look is not a bad thing. Well, as long as you don't believe in monsters. Which... I do. But... I'm one of them. *grins* *laughs* Never mind.
I took medicine. Down to just the smallest carvedilol, a waterpill, and a potassium. Oh, and minerals... other minerals. The potassium is high potency stuff, from the doc. The others are otc, if I am taking three doses a day, in the morning. As well, a painkiller if I need one, or several. When I take other medicine. At night I am taking the small carvedilol and losartan... if that might get cut too? I'll see if this works.
I won't bother checking blood pressure raw anymore. I'll just check it an hour after medicine, along with blood sugar? Or should I take blood sugar first thing? Fine. It is 129 fasting, 156 weekly average. Very good. That is without any diabetes medicine. Nothing. I still find it difficult to believe that sweetener was keeping from this, and just a few drops a day!?! Ugh.
I don't mind the extra long sleep, being that I lost sleep. My world is improving by leaps and bounds. Small setbacks and upsets are to be expected. The improvements are well worth the price. Still going through it. Occasionally fever, mild aches, no nausea yet today but it may well show up. Tunnel vision is still a thing, as is peculiar clumsiness. It's as if I drank a bottle of vodka, and keep sipping. If I promise I haven't touched anything since... a year? Two? And, thanks to Bud, won't again. What a bud. *grins*
On with my day. Good morning and all. Later.
